By accessing and using the Vivyd Media website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

Vivyd Media provides media production services including event coverage, production days, and related media solutions. Service details and deliverables are specified in individual project agreements.

Payments

All prices are quoted in AED. Payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via Stripe and Ziina. Refund policies are determined on a per-project basis.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vivyd Media retains ownership of all creative works until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Vivyd Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
