Getting Started

We offer end-to-end media production and digital marketing services. This includes videography, photography, post-production editing, color grading, motion graphics, live streaming, social media management, content strategy, and paid advertising (PPC). We work with brands across F&B, sports and fitness, fashion and lifestyle, travel and tourism, e-commerce, sustainability, and corporate events.

Our headquarters are in Dubai, UAE, with a secondary base in New York City. We serve clients across the UAE and the wider region, and can travel for projects internationally.

It starts with a conversation. Reach out via our contact form or email, and we will schedule a discovery call to understand your brand, goals, and the scope of your project. From there, we will prepare a tailored proposal with a clear scope of work, timeline, and deliverables.

We work with businesses of all sizes — from early-stage startups building their visual identity to established brands looking for a production partner. Our packages and retainers are designed to scale with your needs.

Ad-Hoc Projects

For one-off projects, we follow a structured workflow: (1) We define a clear Statement of Work (SOW) outlining deliverables, timeline, and terms. (2) Once approved, we sign a contract and collect a deposit. (3) We move into production — whether that is a shoot day, editing sprint, or campaign build. (4) Final deliverables are reviewed, revised if needed, and delivered in all required formats.

Timelines vary by scope, but a typical project might look like: 1-2 weeks for pre-production planning, 1-2 days for the shoot, and 1-3 weeks for post-production and delivery. The pace is always tied to client inputs and approvals — the faster you provide feedback, the faster we deliver.

Absolutely. We offer half-day and full-day production bookings for brands that need focused content creation. Each booking includes crew, equipment, and post-production editing. This is ideal for social media content batches, product shoots, or team headshots.

Retainer Engagements

Retainer clients work with us on a monthly cadence. At the start of each month, we collaborate on a content plan that outlines the deliverables, shoot schedule, and deadlines. This gives you consistent, high-quality content without the overhead of managing production in-house. Retainers require a minimum 3-month commitment.

Each retainer tier includes a set number of production days, editing days, and deliverables per month. Depending on the tier, this could range from a few short-form videos and retouched photos to extensive content libraries with motion graphics and multi-format delivery. We tailor the specifics to your brand needs.

Retainer tiers are set for the commitment period (minimum 3 months), but we are flexible. If your needs change significantly, we will work with you to adjust the scope for the next cycle. Higher-tier retainer clients also benefit from volume discounts on additional services.

We plan each month collaboratively to ensure all allocated days are used effectively. If scheduling conflicts arise, we do our best to reschedule within the same month. Unused days do not roll over, which is why upfront planning is a key part of our retainer workflow.

Production & Delivery

We use professional-grade cinema cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment. Our kit is tailored to each project — whether it is a run-and-gun event setup or a controlled studio environment. We also bring drones, gimbals, and specialty rigging when the brief calls for it.

Every project includes revision rounds built into the timeline. Typically, you will receive an initial review cut followed by 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately, but we always aim to get it right within the standard rounds.

We deliver in every format you need — from 16:9 widescreen for YouTube to 9:16 vertical for Reels and TikTok, 1:1 for social posts, and broadcast-ready files for presentations or events. All assets are organized and labeled for easy use across your channels.

Yes. For projects that require external vendors — such as venue rentals, talent, catering, or specialized equipment — we coordinate everything on your behalf. Vendor costs are passed through with a 15% coordination fee to cover sourcing, briefing, and management.

Storage & File Management

For ad-hoc projects, we store all raw and final files for 30 days after delivery. After that, files are archived and eventually deleted. For retainer clients, we maintain a rolling archive throughout the engagement. We recommend downloading and backing up all delivered assets promptly.

Raw files can be provided upon request and may be subject to an additional fee depending on the project scope. This is discussed during the SOW phase so there are no surprises. Retainer clients on higher tiers often have raw file access included.

Pricing & Custom Quotes

We offer both ad-hoc day rates and monthly retainer packages. Ad-hoc rates are based on half-day or full-day bookings for production, editing, and live streaming. Retainer packages bundle production days, editing time, and deliverables at a discounted monthly rate. Contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your needs.

Yes. Higher-tier retainer clients receive volume discounts on additional services and add-ons. We reward long-term partnerships with preferential rates and priority scheduling.

We do not have a strict minimum, but our standard booking is a half-day production session. For retainer engagements, the minimum commitment is 3 months. We are happy to discuss your specific needs and find an arrangement that works.
