The Sony FX5 (announced July 2026) brings a newly developed full-frame stacked sensor to the Cinema Line: 5K open-gate up to 60p, 4K up to 120p, internal X-OCN RAW, three base ISOs, and 15+ stops of dynamic range. Ours comes with the XLR handle unit for in-camera 32-bit float audio. Arriving at Vivyd in September — watch this space.
